A Message from Jodi Bangasser: City Council Candidate
I am running for City Council. I am a Nurse Practitioner and have been married for 36 years. I have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. I have served on City Council for the last 8 years. I have also served on the ambulance crew, head of the swimming pool committee. I was on the Butler County Board of Health for 9 years. I am currently serving on the Butler County EMS Board.
During my time on City Council, some of the projects that I have had a direct impact on are Improving our City streets, controlling our Budget – I have worked many years with multi-million dollar budgets. Water tower maintenance, City Equipment improvements, Nuisance abatement, New Signage for the city, Building a new multi-million dollar lagoon as required by the DNR, Bringing a new water metering system to the city to help with a 14,000,000 water loss each year and developing a new Urban Renewal Plan to bring in additional revenue to the city for the expenditures.
If elected for another term, I would do my best to work with the current council and Mayor to support local business growth through economic development, promote transparency and accountability in City decisions, encourage community involvement and open communication.
I bring honesty, a strong work ethic, and integrity to the council.
Your vote means a lot to me! Let’s continue to see Allison grow as a strong and vibrant community.
Thank you,
Jodi Bangasser
