Bearcats celebrate new track with fifth-place finish at inaugural invite

GREENE – Four seniors were able to compete one final time in the first-ever North Butler boys’ invite held on the new track recently completed in Greene.
A four-year competitor for the Bearcats, Andrew Fitzgerald reflected on what it meant to get to run one final time on the new surface.
“It’s great,” Fitzgerald said. “First people to have a home meet at North Butler for a while. I mean, this is the first time on our (new) track and I like it a lot..."
