Esther C. Wygle, 95, of Waterloo, died surrounded by family on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at UnityPoint-Allen Memorial Hospital. Funeral services were held Monday, April 4, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Waterloo with burial in Lyn-Wood Cemetery in Clarksville.
