It's all about impact, says Randy Strabala.
Strabala's position as superintendent, which he has held seven years at Nashua-Plainfield School District, began to be shared with Clarksville starting July 1. Strabala is in his 18th year at N-P.
He started as a social science teacher at Central City, a rural district near Cedar Rapids. He soon moved into the secondary level principal role. He has also coached.
