Clarksville School Board reviews notes on audit report

CLARKSVILLE — The Clarksville School District received a couple of notes on the audit of its 2013-2014 finances.
During the year ending June 30, 2014, the district had a deficit of $69,665 in the fund for capital projects: physical plant and equipment levy, and two deficit student activity fund accounts that were $9,786 in the red, auditors Nolte, Cornman & Johnson of Newton reported.
The administration wrote a check last June to cover deficits, Business Manager Shellee Bartlett said.
