Wilder Park Concert Series to start Wednesday, July 13

The Wilder Park Concert Series 2016 starts Wednesday, July 13, at 6:30 p.m. The series unfolds in July and August, organized by David Smith. It has preserved the “town-square park setting” with brass bands, concert bands, jazz bands, quintets and vocal choruses and quartets in a barber shop style.
The Open Mic settings, typically in June and organized by Randy Moad, have brought in an eclectic group of performers, including country and pop.
CONCERT SERIES: Main shows for the Concert Series start at 7 p.m. Wednesdays, unless noted. Pre-shows start at 6:30 p.m. Popcorn and other refreshments will be available. All concerts are free. Bring a lawn chair.
