Where the wise economize: Dralle’s Department Store purchased by Rick and Melinda Ritter

With the new year, Dralle’s Department Store in Greene has had a change in ownership. Rick Ritter, along with his wife Melinda, purchased the shares of partners Jeff and Pam Dralle, as the Dralles look forward to retirement, a change that has been in the plans for several years. Jeff Dralle will still work part time, and Pam will help as needed.
     Most importantly, Dralle’s Department Store will continue the same great service as always.
     “The store is 123 years old. It’s got a good background, and we won’t change a whole lot,” Rick Ritter said.
     Dralle’s will continue to offer a full inventory of a little of everything, following Grandfather Dralle’s advice, “You can’t sell from an empty wagon.”
