Victor Claire Woodley, of Allison, and Yuma, Arizona, died on January 6, 2016.
A Celebration of Life service at the West Wind RV Park & Resort was held at 10 a.m., on Saturday, January 9. Another Celebration of Life service is planned for the Spring/Summer of 2016 upon Esther’s return to Iowa. Details will be provided in the future.
