ALLISON — The Butler County Sheriff's Department has charged an Allison man with a controlled substance violation, fourth-degree theft and two counts of unauthorized possession of offensive weapons, according to criminal complaints filed March 16 in Butler County District Court.
Unauthorized possession of offensive weapons is a Class D felony, Iowa Code states.
Defendant Michael Allan Limkemann, 30, filed a waiver of initial appearance and preliminary hearing on March 20, through his attorney.
