Snow Rock Dairy: Hard-working Dutch farmers expand dairy in Butler County

“Take care of your cows, and they’ll take care of you,” dairy farmer Eduard Reuling said.
     Eduard and Resy Reuling immigrated to rural Butler County 12 years ago from the Netherlands, and built Snow Rock Dairy between the towns of Shell Rock and Clarksville, where they reside with their children, Jenny (17), Ryanne (15), Nick (11) and Wouter (9). Recently, they finished a new addition to a cow barn, as they continue to improve their dairy.
     Growing up on a family farm in the Netherlands, Eduard Reuling started milking cows when he was 10 or 12 years old. Resy was a city girl who came to love the rural lifestyle after meeting Eduard.
