Mary Smith of Butler County Abstract Company completed curriculum and passed exams to become a Certified Land Title Professional on Nov. 4.
The Iowa Land Title Association has a CLTP program, which is a series of educational courses for title industry professionals. The program encompasses basic industry knowledge, as well as advanced curriculum.
