Senior Fitness at Elm Springs

Residents at Elm Springs in Allison are working to stay in shape. Friday, they welcomed Sheena Frey, a personal Trainer at the Wartburg Waverly Sports & Wellness Center, who taught a fitness class.
     “Why do people stop exercising?” Frey asked.
   Answers included laziness, pain, busyness, and not knowing where to start.
     Frey said exercise helps in the fight against the degeneration that comes with aging.
