CLARKSVILLE – The Clarksville softball team had a rough non-conference doubleheader against North Fayette Valley on Wednesday, June 10.
The Indians lost the opener 20-1 in three innings and later dropped the nightcap, 11-1, in five.
The TigerHawks proved to be a good hitting team, combining for 30 hits against coach Katie Wedeking’s squad, 20 in the first game alone.
Clarksville trailed 4-0 after the first half inning, but got one back with a run by speedy Hannah Faust. But the TigerHawks wouldn’t go away, adding four in the second and then 12 in the third to put an end to the opener.
