Rehab Center of Allison toasts New Year

Rehabilitation Center of Allison residents had fun at their New Year’s Eve Party. Though Dan the One Man Band canceled entertainment due to weather, administrator Kathy Miller improvised with New Year’s Day trivia and a fireworks display ending.
