Police training, dog discussed

  Police training and research on a police dog were discussed at Clarksville City Council on Monday.
  Police employees Cody Brown and Robert Landrum have completed field training needed to start their first reserve peace officer module and are to start the module this month, Chief Barry Mackey reported.
  The city attorney responded Monday to a police request to look into liability insurance needed to obtain a dog trained to sniff for drugs.
