Playground improvements

The Clarksville school playground is even more fun this school year, with the addition of a new swing set, Gaga pit, and Four square court—and hopscotch is coming soon! The new improvements are all thanks to funding from the PTO.
     “I am very thankful as the building administrator to have such a great group in the community to help,” said Principal Eric Eckerman.
     The PTO purchased the swing before the beginning of the school year, and paid for materials for the other projects. After brainstorming for great old games, which would be inexpensive to build but make a positive impact, Four Square and Gaga were selected.
     A few weeks ago, Capri Rabatach painted the Four Square court as a class art project.
