CLARKSVILLE — Repairs on the frost line and pier on the downstream side of the Greene hydroelectric powerhouse are slated this fall, as part of a maintenance plan.

Mohn Surveying Inc. out of Lansing, Iowa, is designing the cofferdam, he said. That company will also provide an estimate of construction costs.
