Paula Miller, age 69, of Clarksville, Iowa, was born the daughter of E.M. “Red” and Charlene (Werner) Kennedy, on May 21, 1945, in Muscatine, Iowa...

Paula passed away Saturday, November 22, 2014, at the Clarksville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center from natural causes.

A memorial service was held Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at Unity Presbyterian Church in rural Clarksville, with Rev. Christine Kaplunas officiating. Memorials may be directed to the family of Paula Miller.
