North Linn FFA to donate flowers to Clarksville community Sunday

North Linn FFA will be handing out flowers for free Sunday.

After straight-line winds, tornadoes and hail devastated the city of Clarksville, the club decided to hold this year’s Perennials for People service project at Pioneer Park (just east of City Hall) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

“Having lived and taught in Parkersburg, and through Facebook and friends, I thought the area is a good place to donate flowers to after experiencing two EF-1 tornadoes, straight-line winds and hail,” Murray said.
