North Butler leads first two sets, drops both in loss to N-P

GREENE – Even though North Butler’s volleyball team had good leads in the first two sets of its Top of Iowa Conference match against Nashua-Plainfield, the Bearcats were unable to hold on.
The Huskies rallied both times and pulled out a 3-1 match win over the home team on Tuesday, Sept. 19. N-P claimed the four-setter, 25-22, 28-26, 25-18, 25-15.
“I think we lost energy,” North Butler coach Laura Schwickerath said. “I need to look at the scorebook to see if there are rotations that we are getting to stuck in that are hurting us and focus on those areas. I think that I need to do that from my position to make sure we’re set up to be successful..."
