New Clarksville ambulance still being equipped

  It has been spotted parked behind the Fire Department, but the new Clarksville ambulance isn’t quite ready to go yet.
  Radio communications are being installed with an estimated date in-service of Sept. 1, City Clerk Larry Betts said. 
  The payment mode for the ambulance [which is with cash] is [said to be] historic, and positive.
