New 4-H coordinator preparing for fair

ALLISON — A lot of learning comes with stepping into a leadership role.
  That's according to Holly Merritt, 4-H youth coordinator for Butler County Extension, who is preparing for her first fair at the helm of Butler County's 4-H program. Merritt started as youth coordinator in January.
  It's not her first county fair, however.
