Miss Allison crowned

Taylor Salge was crowned Miss Allison at Wilder Days on June 2. Salge was also voted Miss Congeniality by her fellow contestants.
     “I love small towns, and I’m proud to represent Allison,” Salge said.
     Other contestants were Addyson Clark (runner-up), Shayna Engelhardt, Shelby Graser, Natalee Morris and Allie Nicolaus. Each of the young ladies gave a poster presentation about herself and her endeavors, and then had a private interview with the three judges.
     Contestants were judged on character, community service, poise, presence and character.
