Mardi Gras theme announced for Allison Days - SFO and Bar Flyz bands to perform

The schedule for Allison Days on Friday, May 31 and Saturday, June 1 has been announced. The theme for this year’s event is “Mardi Gras.” Featured entertainment will include the SFO and Bar Flyz bands.
     Celebrations will kick off Friday at 8 a.m. with the city-wide garage sales.
     Starting at 5 p.m., Scott’s Amusement will provide entertainment, and there will be walking tacos, hot dogs and brats to eat.  From 5-7 p.m. face painting and the Balloon Man will be available for the kids and Hightail Ice Cream Truck will be serving goodies from 5-8 p.m.
     The winner of the queen contest will be revealed at 6 p.m. and Little Mr. and Miss Contest winners at 6:30.
