Lyle Edgar Engel, 86, of Waverly, died Tuesday, November 4, 2014, at the Rehabilitation Center of Allison in Allison, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2014, at Peace United Church of Christ in Waverly with Pastor Jon Hennings officiating. Burial will follow in the Harlington Cemetery, Waverly. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2014, at the Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home in Waverly and for an hour prior to services at the church on Saturday. Memorials may be directed to the family and on-line condolences may be left at www.kaisercorson.com.
