Lone stop sign change reaches draft of ordinance

  A lone stop sign is proposed to be added for traffic east and westbound on Vine Street, so that cars stop at Mather Street.
  Ordinance No. 272, as it is called, passed the first reading at Clarksville City Council on Monday.
