Library proposes fixed fee to Council for 2014

Allison Public Library Director Patty Hummel displayed a Library Lotto game to Council Monday.

With multiple numbers of 74, 12, 37,717, 0, and plenty more on her poster board, Hummel had each member pick several random numbers in presenting successful results from 2013.
