Levi Duane Ackart  died on March 23, 2015 in Waterloo, Iowa attaining the age of seventy eight years, ten months and fifteen days.  

The funeral service and burial were held in Avoca, Iowa on Thursday March 26, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. A Memorial Service was held on Tuesday March 31, 2015 at Greene Community Center in Greene Iowa. Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca, Iowa was in charge of arrangements.
