Lasting Love: Richard and Jennifer McCready

Richard and Jennifer McCready of Allison have been married for 49 years and look forward to celebrating their 50th anniversary.
     They met at a ballroom in Janesville. Jennifer loved dancing. Richard was standing at the bar, having just returned from 13 months in Vietnam.
     “I couldn’t dance to save my soul,” Richard McCready said.
     They enjoyed dates to dances and movies together.
