Jay Dean Merfeld, 57, of Cedar Rapids passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Unity Point St. Luke’s Hospice with his loving family by his side.

Jay was born August 4, 1957 in Waterloo, Iowa to Claire (Skip) and Alice Merfeld...
