Janis Cramer: Proven Leadership for Our City

By:
Jensen Johnston

I am a lifelong resident of Allison and have previously served terms on the Allison

city council as well as the AB school board. I am aware of what it takes to be a

strong member of a council. It is important to educate ourselves on the issues

before us, weigh the pros and cons and vote for what is best for the city of Allison.

I have attended classes to be educated on what is required of a good city council

and I will make sure I am prepared for each council meeting.

I was the chairman of the building committee for our new library and worked hard

for the swimming pool in the 90s. I am active in many organizations as well as my

church. I am on the Wilder park board and volunteer at the park and for many

events that take place in Allison.

We have so many good things happening in Allison. We need to emphasize our

strengths and work hard to maintain and expand them. We need to make our city

one that will attract people/businesses to Allison. We also need to support and

maintain the businesses we do have. It is vital to keep our small town continuing

to thrive.

It is important for citizens to be involved positively to keep Allison moving

forward. I would appreciate your vote on November 4 for experience on the

Allison city council.

Thank you,

Janis Cramer
