Jacobs, Schellhorn win events at first North Butler boys’ invite at Greene

GREENE – Scoring first-ever wins at the inaugural North Butler boys’ invite on its new surface in Greene were Clarksville’s James Schellhorn in the 3,200 and Dylan Jacobs in the long jump.
The duo helped lead the Indians to a sixth-place team in the 11-team meet on Friday, April 22.
It wasn’t his best effort of the season and he wasn’t entirely pleased with it, but Jacobs won the long jump at 18 feet, 10.5 inches.
“Coach has been talking a lot about when I jump I’m getting high enough,” Jacobs said....
