It’s a breeze: North Butler softball blows by Nashua-Plainfield

ALLISON – It wasn’t easy to pitch in the Monday, June 6 at the Allison softball diamond.
But North Butler’s Taylor Graven made it seem so in the gusty wind conditions, recording 12 strikeouts in an eventual 8-3 win over visiting Nashua-Plainfield.
She got plenty of help from her battery mate Nicole Heeren, who belted three hits – one double – in a 12-hit team performance against the Huskies.
