Honor society dues quadruple; school debates NHS merit

CLARKSVILLE — National Honor Society dues shot up from $85 to $385 for a year.
  "Personally, I thought that was an astronomical increase for one year," Clarksville High School Principal Bob Saathoff told the School Board.
  He said at a recent meeting of principals he attended, his counterparts were split on whether to renew or not.
