Helen was born on February 17, 1928, in Nashua, Floyd Co., Iowa the daughter of Fred and Hattie (Knutson) Swinton and died Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Valley View Care Center in Greene. Funeral Services for Helen Ascher, 91, of Greene will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, June 3, 2019, at St. John’s United Church of Christ Pleasant Hill, rural Nashua, Iowa, with Pastor John Cofield officiating.
