Heeren chooses Wayne State

GREENE – North Butler Class 1A state discus champion Nicole Heeren signed a national letter of intent to throw for Division II Wayne State College out of Nebraska this (Wednesday) morning.
Heeren, who was also the Class 1A shot put runner-up last year, said that the school was the right fit for her.
