Heeren 2-time runner-up in TIC East

OSAGE – Nicole Heeren earned a conference runner-up finish in both the discus and the shot put at the Top of Iowa East meet held at Osage High School on Thursday, May 4.
The host school won the meet going away with 160 team points.
Heeren was the top finisher for the Bearcats in the nine-team meet in which they finished seventh with 41 points.
