Joe was a resident of Clarksville Nursing Home before moving to Maryland in 2018. He passed away there on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at the age of 75.  A public memorial ceremony will be held at the north side shelter house in Heery Woods State Park, Clarksville, on Saturday, July 27, at 10 a.m. His family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation www.michaeljfox.org.
