Graven signs to play at W. Kentucky

GREENE – A chance meeting turned into the chance of a lifetime for North Butler pitcher Taylor Graven.
The career strikeout leader for the Bearcats signed to play softball at Division I school Western Kentucky on Friday, Nov. 18 at the high school.
“My pitching coach actually has other pitchers from Iowa that play down there currently,” Graven said,
“so when they came down to watch the state tournament, she asked if I wanted to pitch for them, so I said yes.”
