Fully-loaded Rockford runs again

CLARKSVILLE – All of Rockford’s boys’ basketball starters from a 76-36 rout a year ago were back against four of five starters for Clarksville this year.
The result was not terribly different as the Warriors came in and shot lights out from beyond the three-point line in an eventual 78-43 final at Clarksville on Monday, Nov. 27.
“We lost some length from last year that counteracted with their length, but looking at it, the score was pretty similar,” Timmermans said. “Pretty much identical. They just shoot it so well; those guys have been together since they were freshmen or sophomores and play a ton of basketball in the off-season..."
