Early morning fire claims outbuilding, dogs

    ALLISON—A fire at 3:27 a.m. this morning destroyed a small storage building at a residence southeast of Allison. Siding was melted on one side of the house, and three dogs were killed by the blaze.
    Butler County Emergency Management Coordinator Mitch Nordmeyer said the fire is believed to have been electrical in nature.
    The Allison Fire Department and EMS, Butler County Sherriff and Butler County Emergency Management all responded to the scene.
