From doing routine service and oil changes to solving complicated mechanical problems, Kluiter Auto Repair has been serving Allison and the surrounding community since 1977, and it’s truly a family affair.
Stop in any weekday morning, and you’ll find father and son team, Dallas and Nick Kluiter, hard at work in the shop alongside employee Coby Bangasser. Rita Kluiter, part-time bookkeeper and Dallas’ wife, might be seen in the office.
Kluiter Auto Repair offers complete auto and light truck repair for gasoline engines. They also do some work for light duty diesel engines and inspect fleets of trucks. For nearly 20 years, they have been affiliated with NAPA as a NAPA Auto Care Center, stocking and selling NAPA parts. They do everything from basic oil changes to engine overhauls—maintenance, transmission flushes, tune-ups, suspension and brakes.
“I enjoy solving hard-to-fix issues and take pride in figuring something out that’s difficult and challenging,” Nick Kluiter said.
