Council proves productive in array of topics

All in all, city council seemed to have a productive night Monday.

Points were made, concerns taken in and banter exchanged respectfully during the two-hour meeting. Even humor was drawn from the usual topics of loans, applications, plans and donations.

Four non-council individuals were present, including INRCOG director of housing Jim Rodemeyer and executive director Marty Wymore, resident Mike Quario and city engineer Lee Galvatne.

Rodemeyer explained resolutions to be approved by council for a housing fund grant application.
