Cooper Motors marks 55 years

It was 1963 when Allison native Jack Cooper started selling cars with his dad Alan Cooper.
     “It’s a friendly small town, and we knew a lot of people,” Jack Cooper said.
     Cooper Motors is still going strong 55 years later, as a corporation under the direction of Jack and his son Brad Cooper. Grandson Brett Cooper has joined the family business—and, Brad noted, Brett’s two young sons already love cars. The family legacy is a proud one, and an important part of that legacy is treating customers like family.
     “Always treat your customers with the respect that you would expect to receive from someone else,” said Brad Cooper. “Try and treat them like they are part of the family.”
