PARKERSBURG - Claudia Bertram, 82, of Aplington, passed away Thursday, January 25, 2024 at Maple Manor. 

She will be laid to rest with a private family graveside inurnment at the Pleasant View Cemetery in Aplington. Woodley Funeral Home and Crematory of Iowa Falls is caring for Claudia and her family.

Claudia Faye Bertram was born on September 3, 1941 to Reuben and Florence (Muller) Kramer in Waterloo. She was united in marriage to Larry Bertram on January 15, 1958 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua.

Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Larry Bertram; children, Wade (Darcy) Bertram and Wendy (Randy) Hanson; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Denise (Larry); sisters-in law, Jodi and Diana and brother in-law, Ron (Terri). She was preceded in death by her parents, Reuben and Florence Kramer; brother, Doyle; mother and father in-law, Fred and Carrie Bertram; sister in-law, Janice; brothers in-law Kenny, Danny and Scott.
