Clarksville girls qualify eight girls for state; one boy

HUDSON – When only one Clarksville girl was an automatic qualifier for the Class 1A state track & field meet, the Indians had to play the waiting game to see who had qualified at-large.
It turns out, there was a whole lot of them.
Seven more girls’ events and one boy joined automatic qualifier Cheyenne Behrends, who won the 400-meter dash at Hudson’s state qualifying district meet on Thursday, May 10.
