Clarksville dam face to be repaired

Heery Woods State Park dam, built in the mid-1930s, is currently facing problems.
During the 2008 flood, a large tree got hung up on the dam, and water rushed around the roots and face over the years.
Then, when the water was low in 2011, Butler Conservation and Nature Board removed the tree, and dam appeared to be fine. But in the spring of 2013, a large chunk of the dam face had dislodged where the tree had been sitting.
