Clarksville crowns 2, Bearcats 3 at meet

GREENE – Clarksville posted a pair of champions at the North Butler Bearcat Invitational on Saturday, Jan. 25 en route to a fourth place finish.

Mason Lovrien, who reached the rankings for the first time this season at 220 pounds by The Predicament. Rated eighth in Class 1A, Lovrien decisioned Drew Finnegan of West Branch, 10-5.

Despite taking three individual titles at the Bearcat Invitational, North Butler was fifth at its own meet.
