Clarksville baseball shows improvement in loss at North Butler

ALLISON – Beyond some first inning miscues, Clarksville showed that it was not the same team it was a year ago when it lost by the 10 runs to its Butler County rival.
According to first-year coach Zach Bergman, however, there is still work to be done after his Indians dropped to 0-2 on the season in the 7-2 loss to North Butler on Thursday, May 26.
He pointed out a one-run loss in his opener against Tripoli earlier in the week – one that defeated his squad by multiple runs with several players back has been huge.
