City to seek bids on mosquito spraying

ALLISON — Allison City Council reviewed a lone estimate for mosquito spraying for 2015 with its usual contractor.
  The estimate was for spraying twice a month, from May 15 until Sept. 15. An alternate bid included the alleys.
  In addition to the alley option, the council questioned whether other areas were sprayed.
